Is it legal to publish articles that are designer inspired?
I want to open an online store with designer inspired items such as bags, wallets, shoes, etc, but am not sure where they come from the legal aspects in. I allowed to say something is "inspired by Gucci" inspired by the coach "and know that the article is the real deal …." I can have trouble using the names? O for the sale of these items? Someone please help me because I've tried looking online at this place, but still get mixed responses. I just want to know if there are legal or not. Thanks!
All major designers combing the Web looking for knock-offs so they can pursue and arrest the companies down. If I were you, I could mention the name of its designer "About we are "… something like:" All my designs are inspired by the best designers, Coach, Gucci, Prada, etc, but they are not copies and are not represented as objects of design. "Then, just use the phrase" famous designer inspired "or something. Let me confidence, not try to fight billions of dollars companies, end up in a heartbeat.
