TJ Maxx is selling real Designer Bags / purses?

Today I bought a portfolio of TJ Maxx. Guess is black and leather. How I can know if it is authentic or not? G has the signature on the forehead with the word Guess vertically down on it. And with the price it was TJ Maxx another label that says: Guess by Marciano. Is it real or fake?

The design elements are real, but are from previous seasons. They do not sell the material that is currently in a conjecture store or in a department store. For this reason, it is cheaper.
